When feeding feels harder than you expected, its easy to loose confidence in yourself and your choices. Questions start to pile up, every feed ends feeling uncertain and what gets described as ‘instinctive’ quickly becomes overwhelming.
My role is to bring calm to your chaos. Through compassionate and holistic full body breastfeeding and lactation support, I’ll help you understand whats happening, make a plan that feels right for your family and move forward with confidence in yourself and your body. Because feeding your baby shouldn’t be something you just get through. With some in home support, it can become a time to connect, respond to baby’s needs and gain confidence in yourself as a parent along the way.
As the only practitioner in Ontario who is both an IBCLC(Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and a RMT(Registered Massage Therapist) trained in infant massage, I help your body make milk and help your baby become a more efficient, comfortable feeder. When both sides are supported, feeding gets easier and more enjoyable.

Initial Assessment
Latch Assessment and Milk Intake check with medical grade infant Scale
Full body assessment for baby to look for tongue tie, body tension or other issues that may be contributing to the feeding difficulties
Discuss other feeding concerns like supply issues, nipple damage and infant digestion
Fees from this assessment can be applied to any of my lactation packages below to achieve long term breastfeeding success, not just a bandaid.

We will check baby’s ability to feed, assess their oral skills and issues, and create a customized feeding plan to get through this period as comfortably as possible.
Most trained release professionals suggest a lactation assessment before release and one after to ensure skills are improving.

Tongue ties are more than just a tongue problem! I will come to your home and treat baby’s whole body to try to decrease symptoms and improve feeding skills.
